Record-breaking performance of ACTION Capital Group in Q3 2021

In the third quarter of 2021, ACTION Capital Group reached a sales margin of 8.7 percent, with the profit and revenues up by over 50 and 16 per cent, respectively. “Thanks to business diversification and the synergy effects, we continue to grow and generate very strong performance,” says Piotr Bieliński, President and CEO of ACTION S.A.

In Q3 2021, ACTION Capital Group posted a profit of PLN 10,355 thousand, up by 54.5 per cent on the same period of 2020. In addition, in the reported quarter, the consolidated sales revenue amounted to PLN 541,534 thousand, up by 16.5 per cent year-on-year, while the sales margin increased to 8.69 per cent from 6.77 per cent in the third quarter of 2020.

Today, Action is not only an IT distributor, but also a trading company, manufacturer and owner of multiple e-commerce projects. Thanks to business diversification and the synergy effects between all these areas, we continue to grow and generate very strong performance. Also, we are constantly on the lookout for new business opportunities, as the market tends to be very changeable and demanding these days. In the third quarter of this year, Action’s consolidated EBITDA reached PLN 15,726 thousand compared to PLN 8,697 thousand in the same period last year, up by 80.8 per cent.

High margins and EBITDA growth are the best evidence that our business is sound and profitable, which we are very pleased about.
