ACTION S.A. Capital Group in 2023 is executing its strategy to develop B2B and B2C segments and benefit from the synergy between them

Last year, the company maintained its margin at a high level of 8.79%. Revenues in 2023 reached PLN 2 510 437 thousand, an increase of PLN 143 481 thousand compared to 2022, and net profit amounted to PLN 36 768 thousand against PLN 48 966 thousand the previous year. This is a result of increased labour costs, marketing expenditures, the development of e-commerce projects and a demanding market situation.

In 2023 ACTION S.A. Capital Group focused on developing B2C and B2B e-commerce projects. In the first area, this resulted in the acquisition of the bron.pl shop with more than 20 years of history on the market . In addition, sales of the product range in ACTION S.A.'s other online shops and marketplaces grew steadily. In terms of the B2B e-commerce segment in Poland, the company focused on the development of its advanced product offering and its profiled display on its own B2B e-commerce platform, i-service. This activity was supported by the Action Business Center's extensive range of specialised training courses provided as part of the #Actionszkoli programme for B2B customers.

Our company is known for its bold decisions. You could say that in many ways we are market pioneers. This is because we do not want to be taken hostage by numbers. We aim to provide our customers and business partners with a unique offering and the benefits of working with us. We describe this strategy today by the motto 'We are changing commerce into e-commerce'. And this is what drives us to work all the time. So we are consistently moving towards Action's transformation in the years to come. This is our long-term goal – says Piotr Bieliński, President of the Management Board of ACTION S.A.

ACTION S.A. also focused in the past year on the development of overseas sales through Action Global. The presence of the export department at international trade fairs such as IFA not only resulted in the acquisition of new foreign B2B customers, but also in new European contracts for the ACTINA brand, whose equipment was presented at the fair.

Our business outside Poland is teaching us a lot. Above all, it shows us trends, customer behaviour patterns, models of cooperation, as well as providing information on technologies used by foreign customers. In addition, it shows that today it is necessary to focus on technological development, which will allow us to continue to grow in Poland and abroad. – adds Sławomir Harazin, Vice-President of the Management Board of ACTION S.A.
