We are pleased to inform you that today, i.e. on 7 August 2020, District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 18th Commercial Division issued a decree on the approval of the composition in the Company’s restructuring proceedings (file ref. No. XVIII GRs 1/19 (d. X GRs 8/16). The above decree, when it becomes final and binding, will provide the legal basis for the completion of the reorganization proceedings conducted in connection with Action S.A. w restrukturyzacji (in restructuring) and implementation by the Company of the approved composition.
We estimate that the composition will become final and binding no earlier than at the turn of August and September 2020. Once the decree becomes final and binding, the restructuring proceedings will be completed and the Company will be able to operate in business without the “w restrukturyzacji” – “in restructuring” suffix.
With new strength and valuable experience gained we are open to new opportunities ahead of us and our Partners. Words of recognition should be addressed at you, our Partners, for the fact that you have accompanied us on this bumpy road, and now we are ready to start celebrating the end of it. This is a breakthrough event in the Company’s history and it is worth pointing out that it coincides with the 30th anniversary of Action’s establishment, which falls next year.
