Iwona Bocianowska
President of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw (Faculty of Management, specialty: Enterprise Management and Marketing, Management of Conservation of Environment). Holder of a Real Property Manager licence. Since 2008 until present, owner of Inwest-Bud, a private business. Since 2011 Ms Bocianowska has been the President of the Supervisory Board of SBM Wardom and since 2010—a member of the Supervisory Board of SBM Klub Dwustu, two housing cooperatives, the management board of the latter she presided over in from 1995 to 2007. Her earlier experience includes the positions of the director for investments at HCR Sp. z o.o. (1993-1994) and a construction manager at Stołeczne Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane, a Warsaw-based building company (1987-1993). She enjoys skiing in her leisure time. She is also deeply interested in track and field sports.
Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk
Member of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with specialization in finance and accounting, and a former University of Warsaw student, International Relations.
In the years 1999-2008 he worked at Deutsche Bank in Poland, where he held, among others, function of the Deputy Director of the Department of Stock Market Analysis and the Equity Market Analyst - Central and Eastern Europe. In the period 2008-2010 he held various management functions in the TP SA Group, including the Director of the Strategy and Development Division. In 2010-2011 he worked at the Swiss investment bank Credit Suisse in Poland. In 2012-2015 he was the Vice President of the Management Board for Strategy and Development in Emitel - a leading operator of terrestrial radio and television network in Poland. In the years 2016-2018, Advisor to the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
Currently a professionally independent member of the Supervisory Boards of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
He has almost 15 years of supervisory experience gained by sitting on the supervisory boards of over 30 companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including: Action, Alta, Arteria, Braster, Best, BSC Drukarnia, Celon Pharma, Duon, Stock Exchange, Graal, Integer , InPost, KGHM, LC Corp, Magellan, Mabion, Polimex-Mostostal, Polish Energy Partners, Robyg, SARE, Wirtualna Polska, Work Service, VIGO, 4fun Media.
Adam Świtalski
Independent Member of the Supervisory Board
A graduate from Lodz University of Technology at the Faculty of Management and Technology of the International Department of Engineering at the Lodz University of Technology. Manager with international experience gained in Europe (Germany, Ukraine) and in Poland. He was the director of Logistics Officer of OT Group. He worked for Polish and international found investments. Connected with Ernst & Young, MDDP and ITSG as an auditor and strategic advisor. He supervised many advisory, financial, banking and treasury projects. He coordinated WSE identification project. He contributed a double victory in the privatization of Polish ports. Partner in two law and businness firms. In the activities of the law firms he mainly acts as a financial advisory. He is active in the market of private and commercial real estate.
Piotr Chajderowski
Independent Member of the Supervisory Board
Piotr Chajderowski graduated from the University of Łódź, Faculty of Economics and Sociology, and majored in Finance and Banking with specialization in corporate finance.
Between 2009 and 2014, he was the Vice President and then the President of the Management Board of OT Logistics S.A., and the President of the Management Board of a subsidiary entity - Deutsche Binnenreederei AG. In this period, he was responsible for the implementation of a range of strategic Project, such as Catalyst, a bond issuance program, and then first initial public offering on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In the course of his earlier Carter, he was the Commercial Proxy and then the President of the Management Board (2008-2009) of the company Nowy Przewoźnik Sp. z o.o. (Centralwings airline operator). Before 2005, he performed managerial functions in Zakłady Metalurgiczne “Skawina” S.A. Between 1995 and 1999, he worked as an investment accountant/investment manager in PTP Kleinwort Benson Sp. z o.o. (Dresdner Bank Group). He has been a Member of many supervisory boards, among others Grupa Lotos S.A. and Port Handlowy Świnoujście Sp. z o.o. He currently holds the position of Vice President of the Supervisory Board of Work Service International Sp. z o.o. and President of the Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Motoryzacyjne “Polmozbyt Szczecin” Sp. z o.o. He has won numerous business awards, including the Wektor 2012 award granted by the Jury of Employers of the Republic of Poland for “creative implementation of the plan of dynamic company growth.”
He specializes in restructuring and developing strategy based on takeovers and mergers.
Marek Jakubowski
Member of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of the 3rd Comprehensive Secondary School for Adults in Warsaw, Mr Jakubowski gained his management experience in the course of his employment: as a track and field coach at the Legia Football Club's Training Centre in Warsaw in years 1970-1995, and as the runners representation coach at the Polish Athletics Association in Warsaw since 1997.
